§1 Applicability to entrepreneurs and definitions of terms
1) The following general terms and conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.
2) "Consumer" within the meaning of these terms and conditions is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that can be attributed neither to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity.
§2 Formation of a contract, storage of the text of the contract

3) The presentation of the goods in our online shop does not represent a legally binding contract offer on our part, but is only a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
4) When an order is received in our online shop, the following regulations apply:
The consumer submits a binding contract offer by successfully going through the ordering process provided in our online shop.
5) Storage of the contract text for orders via our online shop:
We will send you the order data and our terms and conditions by email. You can view the terms and conditions at any time at http://www.byvictoria.at/agb. For security reasons, your order data is no longer accessible via the Internet.
§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date
1) The prices listed in the respective offers represent final prices. They include all price components, including any applicable taxes.
Due to the small business regulation according to § 6 UStG, the seller does not levy any sales tax and therefore does not report it. In addition, there are any shipping costs.
2) The consumer has the option of paying in advance, PayPal, credit card, invoice, GooglePay.
3) If the consumer has chosen to pay in advance, he undertakes to pay the purchase price immediately after the conclusion of the contract.
§4 Delivery
1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items we offer are ready for dispatch within 7 working days.
2) If the consumer has chosen to pay in advance, we will not ship the goods before receipt of payment.
§5 Retention of title
We reserve ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.
§6 Right of withdrawal
Personalized goods, i.e. articles or products individually modified for the customer. Articles that have been specially made for the customer are excluded from the right of withdrawal based on the currently applicable long-distance and external business law (FAGG) according to § 18. See also the more detailed, currently applicable right of withdrawal on the byVictoria website.In the event of an actual withdrawal, the customer assumes the obligation to bear the cost of the return shipment.
§7 Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of this contract be ineffective or unenforceable or become ineffective or unenforceable after the conclusion of the contract, this shall not affect the validity of the remainder of the contract. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision whose effects come as close as possible to the economic objective pursued by the contracting parties with the invalid or unenforceable provision. The above provisions apply accordingly in the event that the contract proves to be incomplete.
